Do I need special training to operate a chain-driven multi-loader?

You do not need any special training to operate chain-driven multi-loaders, as the operator is legally responsible for the use and operation of the multi-loader. You will receive instruction in the operation of the equipment from us before commissioning or when you collect the tracked multi-loader you have hired. However, we recommend that you attend an appropriate IPAF training course at our training centre to ensure the safe use of the multi-loader.

What loads can I transport with the multi-loader with chain drive?

The maximum load capacity of the loading crane of our multi-loaders with chain drive is between 600kg and 900kg. The load capacity of the loading platform is 5.5 - 6 tonnes.

Do I have to clean the multi-loader before returning it?

Cleaning is included in the hire price for normal use of the multi-loader. You should remove coarse soiling that requires intensive cleaning, such as paint, concrete, etc., yourself before returning the vehicle. Alternatively, the cleaning costs for stubborn dirt will be charged separately. It is best to enquire about your individual application in advance at one of our hire stations or by telephone on +49 921 789920.

Do I have to refuel the multi-loader before returning it?

In principle, no. However, please note that diesel costs are not included in the hire price. You will receive a fully fuelled Multiloader from us. You are free to return it with a full tank or use our refuelling service. The costs for refuelling will be charged separately. Please note that it must always be ensured that the remaining tank level is sufficient for loading.

Do I have to collect the rented multi-loader?

No. Our multi-loaders are not road-legal, which is why they may not be driven on public roads. Our in-house low-loader fleet will deliver your hired multi-loader to the desired location on the desired date and will also collect it again at the end of the hire period. If you have your own transport facilities, you are welcome to collect your hired multi-loader from one of our Wagert hire stations.

Is there a minimum hire period for multi-loaders?

No. You are flexible when it comes to the hire period for our multi-loaders. Whether 1 day or 100 days. There is only a minimum hire period for assignments with booked operating personnel. Please note that the applicable labour laws and driving and rest periods must be observed. We will be happy to advise you by telephone on +49 921 789920.

Where can I hire Wagert Multi-Loaders with chain drive?

Our network of hire stations stretches from the Upper Palatinate to Franconia and Thuringia all the way to Saxony. You can find all our hire stations here. Depending on the enquiry and type of job, we also hire out our work platforms, lifts, forklifts and other equipment nationwide. Please contact us for larger orders. Can I book operating personnel for the multi-loaders?

Yes, if you are unsure of how to operate the machine, you can book expert operating personnel from us. However, this service is subject to a minimum hire period. We will be happy to advise you by telephone on +49 921 789920.

Am I allowed to drive a tracked multi-loader on public roads?

No. Our multi-loaders are not road-legal, which is why they may not be driven on public roads. We will be happy to deliver your hired multi-loader to your site.

Can I hire a multi-loader from Wagert as a private individual?

Yes, you can also hire our multi-loaders as a private individual at any time.

What characterises the multi-loader?

The multi-loader is characterised by its advanced track drive system and low ground pressure. This makes it ideal for use on a wide variety of surfaces. Even on uneven terrain or sensitive ground, the machine ensures safe and efficient use thanks to the track chassis' dynamic levelling technology. It ensures stability even on steep slopes and minimises risks for the operator. The additional loading crane with a load capacity of 990 kg (max.) and a reach of two to 4.3 metres makes the tracked transporter even more versatile. This makes it even easier for you to handle and move heavy loads.

Good to know: The multi-loader is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. This is made possible by the so-called bi-energy system: a combination of electric motor and diesel engine that can be optimally utilised depending on the location. The two driving modes make the tracked transporter extremely versatile for a wide range of applications.

If necessary, the crane can be easily removed so that the multi-loader can be used purely as a crawler carrier.
