Do I need special training to operate Liftrollers/Quicklifts?

You do not need any special training to operate Liftrollers/Quicklifts, as the operator is legally responsible for the use and operation of the Liftrollers/Quicklifts. You will receive instruction in the operation of the device from us before commissioning or when you collect the Liftroller/Quicklift you have hired. However, we recommend that you attend an appropriate IPAF training course at our training centre to ensure the safe use of the Liftroller/Quicklift.

Can I transport loads in the work basket of a Liftroller/Quicklift?

No. The work basket of the Liftroller/Quicklift is only used to lift you and your tools to a height. Smaller materials that you can easily hold in your hands, such as ceiling lights etc., can of course be taken into the work basket. For larger loads, such as sofas, safes, etc., we recommend a telescopic forklift.

Do the tyres of the Liftroller/Quicklift leave marks on my floor?

No. All our Liftrollers/Quicklifts have non-marking tyres that leave no marks on your floor. This means that our hire equipment can also be used on sensitive floors, such as sports parquet floors. Always observe the load limits per wheel specified by the floor manufacturer for rolling loads.

Can I also drive through narrow corridors and doors with the Liftroller/Quicklift?

This is usually not a problem. With a height of 1.56 m and a vehicle width of 0.75 m, our Quicklift QL 45 E also fits through narrow passages and achieves a remarkable working height of 4.5 m.

How many people do I need to use a Liftroller/Quicklift?

All our Liftroller/Quicklifts are designed for one-man operation.

Can I move the Liftroller/Quicklift even when the workman basket is fully extended?

Yes, the Liftroller/Quicklifts can be moved at full height. This saves you valuable time at work.

Do I have to clean the Liftroller/Quicklift before returning it?

Cleaning is included in the hire price for normal use of the Liftroller/Quicklift. You should remove coarse soiling that requires intensive cleaning, such as paint, concrete, etc., yourself before returning the lift. Alternatively, the cleaning costs for stubborn dirt will be charged separately. It is best to enquire about your individual application in advance at one of our hire stations or by telephone on +49 921 789920.

Do I have to collect the rented Liftroller/Quicklift?

No. Our Liftrollers/Quicklifts are not road-legal, which is why they may not be moved on public roads. Our in-house fleet of low-loaders will deliver your rented Liftroller/Quicklift to the desired location on the desired date and pick it up again at the end of the rental period. If you have your own means of transport, you are welcome to collect your rented Liftroller/Quicklift from one of our Wagert rental stations.

Is there a minimum hire period for Liftroller/Quicklifts?

No. You are flexible when it comes to the hire period for our lift trolleys/quicklifts. Whether 1 day or 1,000 days. We will be happy to advise you by telephone on +49 921 789920.

No. In principle, the lift scooters/quicklifts are designed so that they can/must be controlled and operated by one person.

Are the safety belts that are recommended for using the Liftroller/Quicklift included in the hire price?

No. All our Liftrollers/Quicklifts are delivered to you without safety harnesses. However, PPE kits (PPE = personal protective equipment) can be purchased from us. For safety and hygiene reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to hire safety equipment.

Lift trolleys and Quicklifts - the flexible, small work platforms

Do you need to carry out maintenance work, are you responsible for storage work or do you need an electric work platform for repairs or painting work at height? The Liftrollers and Quicklifts from our rental park are perfect for indoor use and for working at heights of up to five and a half metres. Depending on the model, the platforms are equipped with an electric drive or manual drive and boast a compact design that allows them to pass through buildings with narrow access with ease. This makes the Liftrollers and Quicklifts an ideal alternative to ladders, which also offers significantly more safety thanks to the work basket with railings. Another advantage: the platforms can be moved even when extended - this makes work easier and saves time and labour.

Good to know: The machines can be precisely controlled directly from the workman basket and are easy to manoeuvre, making them ideal for one-man operation.

What are Lift trolleys and Quicklifts?

Lift trolleys are also known as Quicklifts or column lifts. This is a small work platform specially designed for indoor use, which is used for assembly, repair, maintenance or storage work at height. The platforms can be continuously extended vertically and can reach working heights of up to five and a half metres. Unlike classic telescopic work platforms, however, they do not have a lateral reach. As a rule, the platforms are electrically operated but, depending on the model, can also be moved purely manually. This type of height access technology therefore guarantees flexibility and mobility, complemented by a high level of safety.

After all, lift trolleys increase productivity when working at height. The Quicklifts are mainly used for work on façades, ceilings, ventilation systems, lights, electronics, etc., for example for
