Workshop foreman (m/f/d) Location Bayreuth / Bindlach

We are looking for a dedicated Workshop Foreman (m/f/d)!

Your tasks:

• Personnel responsibility and allocation of personnel in the workshop area
• Deadline tracking and responsibility for prescribed and statutory inspection deadlines
• Outsourcing of workshop orders including obtaining quotations and negotiating prices
• Quality control and assurance of the maintenance/repair/service work carried out
• Monitoring and responsibility for order and cleanliness on the company premises

Your profile:

• Master craftsman title in the automotive or construction machinery trade or a comparable qualification
• Class B driving licence
• Strong leadership qualities and a structured way of working
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Team spirit, reliability and punctuality
• Friendly and competent demeanour
• A head for heights
