Obituary: The life's work of Rolf Wagert

More than three decades ago, Rolf and Irene Wagert founded the Wagert company. The idea of creating perfect and safe height access technology for almost all tasks moved Rolf Wagert to purchase the first 13-metre trailer-mounted work platform in 1983. The first milestone was set and the family business Wagert quickly developed into the regionally leading and Germany-wide renowned rental professional for professional access equipment. In 1996, son Uli Wagert joined the family business as an active member of the management team and has also contributed to the company's success ever since.

Today, a handful of trailer and truck mounted work platforms has grown into a diverse range of different types of work platforms and numerous front and telescopic forklifts. A development that is mainly due to the entrepreneurial spirit of our company founder Rolf Wagert. With tireless personal commitment, great vision and determination, he drove the growth of the company.

The death of Rolf Wagert affects us all, because with him we lose a personality to whom we owe a great deal. Under the management of Irene and Uli Wagert, the family business and the entire Wagert team will continue to do everything in their power to continue Rolf Wagert's life's work in his spirit and to always offer our customers the highest quality and best service.
