- Calculation of service work, as well as maintenance and full-service contracts
- Monitoring key figures in the area of customer service
- Processing correspondence with manufacturers and suppliers
- Support of existing customers
- Acquiring new customers
- Completed vocational training in the field of office management or corresponding qualification with professional experience; additional technical training an advantage
- Profound knowledge of MS-Office; ideally experience in Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
- Good knowledge of German + English
- Class B driving licence
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, independent work and commitment
